The XM-3100 Electric Moped Luxury comes with an automatic 2 speed shifter. It is a DOT Certified vehicle that can be registered in all 50 states. Registering it as a moped at your local DMV office, will offer the lowest fees. It comes with five 38 amp batteries to drive a 3000 Watt brushless rear hub motor. Our XM-3100 comes in three new and exciting colors. They are Black,Blue and Burgundy). The fact that the XM-3100 reaches speeds of 43 mph and travels up to 50 miles on a full charge makes this model a true contender and with the rising price of gas these days it becomes an affordable necessity versus traditional transportation.
