We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover as well as Pay Pal via our secure server.

What will this order look like on my credit card statement?

Your order from us will be billed under the name "Katpaw Enterprises, Inc."  If you have any questions when you receive your bill or statement, feel free to contact us.

What if I don't feel comfortable ordering online.  Do you accept phone orders?

Yes, we accept phone orders.  You may contact us through our Contact Us page and we will take your order over the phone.

Are there taxes on my scooter purchase?

No, Oregon does not have a sales tax.  Residents of other states will not be charged sales tax for their on line purchases.

Are the scooters street legal?

Some of them are and some of them are not.  We highly recommend that you check your local States DOT Laws on our safety page.  You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your scooter in your state.  You may want to check with your local police, as well.  We will not issue refunds based on claims of unsatisfactory legal status.  Electric bicycles are accepted where regular bicycles are. There is a new Federal Law, The Federal Electric Bicycle Regulation ,  HR 727.  We have a Link on our Safety Page that will give you a copy of this new law.  It is available for down load if you choose to print it.
